We source only the best quality cheeses from around the UK and Europe (primarily) but with over 800 cheeses available to us, we can source almost anything.
For example, we usually have the following cheeses in stock at events:
- Snowdonia Truckle Cheddars: home of the famous Black Bomber Cheddar
- Godminster Organic Cheeses: produced on the farm in Bruton, Somerset
- Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton and Shropshire: beautifully strong and creamy blue cheeses from Nottinghamshire
- Carron Lodge Farmhouse and Cambridge Blues
These are generally in the waxed truckle format which keeps the display bright, clean and attractive.
We sell a very large range of local, British and continental cheeses. We will always support local producers such as Suffolk Gold, Binham Blue and Mrs Hawkstone. Where possible, we deal directly with the producers which ensures a high quality cheese.
